Oh, hey, we are Laura & Jill and our hearts have always been in helping people feel their best.
To us, wellness isn’t just about products—it’s about connection. Sometimes that looks like reminding someone their feelings are valid, talking through tough times, offering a hug or a compliment, or cheering them on in their endeavors. However it shows up, our goal is always the same: to help every person leave Thirty Two Main with a higher vibe, a lighter spirit, and a little more joy than when they walked in.

our story
Thirty Two Main Empowerment Center was born from a longing—for connection, for safety, for real support on the path to healing.
We’ve been the ones navigating life’s hardest moments without a guide. We’ve felt the overwhelm, the isolation, and the quiet ache of trying to hold it all together. And we’ve also felt what happens when someone creates a space for you to simply be—messy, healing, growing, whole.
That’s why we created Thirty Two Main. Not as a place with all the answers, but as a place to exhale. A place where people feel seen, supported, empowered, and reminded they’re not alone.
Located in the heart of downtown St. Michael, we’re building more than a wellness center. We’re creating a community rooted in care, connection, and the belief that healing should feel like coming home.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
Laura Shiff
As co-owner of Thirty Two Main, Laura brings her passion for storytelling, community, and whole-person healing into every detail of the center. With a background as a published author, teacher, and holistic practitioner, Laura’s mission is to create places where people feel seen, safe, and inspired to grow.
When she’s not working behind the scenes, you’ll find Laura spending time with her husband and two kids. Everything she does is rooted in love, creativity, and the belief that when we heal ourselves, we heal the generations before and after us.
Jill Otte
Jill is the co-owner of Thirty Two Main where her love of people, creativity, and meaningful connection comes through in every detail. She’s also the owner of Sage Leaf Salon, a low-tox luxury salon built around beauty, care, and helping others feel their best—inside and out.
Outside of work, she enjoys times with her husband, Nick, and their two kids, Kaden and Alyssa. You’ll often find her out on the lake, at the hockey rink, planning the next adventure, or relaxing at home with their pups, Yeti and Stanley.
